The survey is the first key step in the planning of your move. We identify all your requirements and propose the best tailor made solutions to your relocation needs.

We review each room to confirm the packing details according to your instructions before packing begins. An English packing list including all item numbers and detailed description/contents will be issued after the packing. Our ASW team packs all your belongings with special care into best quality cartons and wrapping materials in accordance with international packing standard.

During each step of the move we make sure all your items and package numbers are recorded and checked so that everything will find its way to your new home. Once the customs inspection process is completed all goods will be stored in a customs bonded warehouse waiting for departure.

We will book the vessel / flight once the customs inspection process is completed.

We will clear your shipment once the goods arrive at destination port and carry all items into your new home for unpacking. Your personal belongings can be stored in a fully enclosed warehouse and handled with the utmost care if storage is required.

We provide you with assistance in completing any insurance claims should the necessity arise. If you have not purchased any insurance through ASW and your shipment is insured by yourself or your employer we strongly recommend that you familiarize with the insurance policy requirements and claim procedures.
